Weekend Wide Game (WWG) is a weekend outdoor game completed as a patrol against other Scout and Venturer Patrols. It is conducted at a private property "Kings’ Farm" just past Nerriga NSW. Game is run by Rovers and supported by leaders. This note is to get an expression of interest - then there will be a separate WWG registration through 'ScoutEvent'. 

This year's game theme is: "Long ago, a group of brave warriors bonded with our former enemies to defeat a mighty foe, and now we live in harmony with the dragons of Skyrend Isles. But that peace seems to be in trouble as a mysterious force darkens the lands. Dragon eggs are disappearing, leaving the dragons in distress. The local villages are all on edge, waiting for the foe to reveal themselves. Whispers have reached us from across the oceans of a new Dragon Tamer who seeks to control all the dragons under his command. We need your help to uncover the truth, rescue the dragon eggs, and stop this evil before it causes any more harm."

Illaroo will need at least 4 members to make up a patrol to participate. Please respond to this note by 8 May if interested in going, then Chil will submit paperwork for the 'ScoutEvent' registration if we get sufficent numbers. Once you receive the 'ScoutEvent' Registration email you will need to complete it and make payment into Illaroo account by 15 May.

Cost $60 ($35 activity cost plus $25 for food/fuel). You must have re-registered as a Scout for this year to be able to apply to attend.

As this is a region activity, the registration is a bit of a convoluted process. This note is just to find out who would like to attend. If we get enough, Leaders will register those attending into 'ScoutEvent' then those Scouts will get an email to register individually through the ScoutEvent program. Payment will only be into the Illaroo account then we will make a group payment for the event.
